Located in Saratoga Springs right next to Congess Park, this bakery operates as a not-for-profit to benefit local charities and organizations. I'd been there as a customer and enjoyed their many baked goods very thoroughly. It wasn't until a bridal fair that I advertised where my table was next to theirs and I tried their wedding cake.
